The Heavy Duty Guardrail systems are built with 6” schedule 40 U.S. steel posts & 4” schedule 80 U.S. steel pipe posts. The systems are available in both One-Line and Two-Line rail options and are sleeved in a durable safety yellow HDPE plastic, which will eliminate the need for painting and maintenance.
Unlike traditional-welded or bolt-down systems that require the rail to be replaced after an impact, the Heavy Duty Guardrail is engineer tested to withstand multiple collisions from 12,000lb forklifts traveling 8mph with cored installation.
