This Lockout Tagout Hasp is designed to secure switches, valves and other energy devices from use while equipment is being serviced or repaired.
Lockout features 1" closed hasp hole with pry resistant tabs for extra security. Hasp is high visible red and designed with 6 holes to accommodate padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter.
Lockout is made from heavy-duty 99.5% recycled steel that is UL Validated and supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Lockout measure 5"L x 1-1/2"W. Made in the USA.
