This external shackle lock secures the Collapsible Steel Bollard system.
Simply attach the lock to the base of the bollard and turn the key to lock it in palce. When locked, the Collapsible Steel Bollard will not be able to convert between its vertical or horizontal positions. The Collapsible Steel bollard can be locked in either position.
